Emmy Harlow, who has for some reason given up the ability to do magic in exchange for a 9-5, finally comes back to her small, magic town of Thistle Grove to judge the Triwizard Tournament--I mean...the Thistle Grove tournament involved three witches. But soon she starts falling in love with hot goth witch, Talia Avramov, and back in love with the town. All with a healthy dose of revenge against their mutual ex-boyfriend.
